Payments

BERG Toys offers the following methods of payment:

• Wire Transfer: A payment reference is generated for you at the end of the ordering process. This payment reference is shown together with the bank details and is sent to you via e-mail. The payments for all online orders are addressed to Buckaroo, our payment provider.

Transport / Order costs

All orders have a supplementary cost of €9.95 (including VAT) to cover transport / order costs.

Return / Procedure

You may return any purchased articles subject to the following conditions:

• Term of return is within 7 working days following receipt at delivery address.
• The purchased article was not used.
• The purchased article is in its original packaging.
• The purchased article is returned together with a copy of the invoice.

The package with the products must be sufficiently stamped and returned per TNT post to:

Make sure that you have proof of dispatch from the post office so that in case the return package gets lost, it can be traced. BERG Toys bears no responsibility in the event that the package is lost.
If a product is returned in accordance to instructions, the paid amount is deposited into your bank or giro account within 14 days. Postage charges are not reimbursed.
In the event of returning the entire original order, BERG Toys will also reimburse the transport costs that were charge to you. Reimbursement of transport costs will not be granted if you return the original order or a part thereof without providing reasons.
